BizTalk Server Customer Engineer

As an BizTalk Server Customer Engineer, you act as a trusted technical advisor, architect, and problem solver for enterprise and government customers. You help customers design, deploy, operate, and optimize hybrid and cloud infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on BizTalk Server. This is an advisory role, combining architecture guidance, deep technical troubleshooting, and strategic consulting to help customers achieve resilient, secure, and well-architected solutions on Azure.

Broad and deep knowledge of Azure infrastructure, with expert-level focus on the following technologies:

• BizTalk Server

Architecture & Frameworks

• Strong understanding and practical implementation experience with:
• Azure Well-Architected Framework
• Cloud Adoption Framework
• Ability to translate framework guidance into real-world, customer-specific designs, particularly for hybrid, storage, and data-protection workloads

Broader Azure Knowledge

• Well-rounded understanding of Azure across:
• IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• Integration with on-premises and third-party platforms
• Ability to position Azure capabilities within a broader IT and business context, * 15+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as:
• Systems architecture
• Infrastructure administration and operations
• Cloud and hybrid consulting
• Enterprise support and advanced troubleshooting
• Proven track record of:
• Planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid environments
• Supporting complex customer scenarios from design through production
• Strong experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, and technology management
• Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
