Job description
- IT-Support (1st-3rd Level) für alle Unternehmensbereiche
- Überwachung der Systeme inklusive Backup
- Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und Systemen
- Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten
- Analyse und Behebung technischer Probleme
- Einrichtung und Ausgabe von Endgeräten
Requirements
- IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Gute Kenntnisse im MS Office-Paket und M365
- Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen und Doku-Tools (z. B. Docusnap) von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau), Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
