  • Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Organisation und Vorbereitung von Meetings und Workshops inklusive ProtokollfĂźhrung
  • Vorbereitung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Prozessanalysen und -optimierungen durch Datenerfassung und Auswertung
  • UnterstĂźtzung bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen fĂźr interne Projekte
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Datenbanken und Ablagesystemen

Requirements

  • Eingeschriebene/r Student/in, idealerweise in einem technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
  • Interesse an organisatorischen, administrativen und analytischen Tätigkeiten
