Guide the adoption of RUST throughout embedded software development programs.

Manage the integration and conversion of legacy software to RUST.

Provide best practices and architectural guidance for memory safe RUST usage across development teams.

Translate program requirements into maintainable software solutions for the C5 and Cyber Solution Centers.

Serve as a key member of a Scrum team, contributing to product direction and infrastructure decisions.

Support the full software development life cycle from requirements through integration and sustainment.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
Three or more years developing RUST software for production systems.
-
Hands on experience with C and C++ development.
-
Working proficiency in Python.
-
Experience operating within a formal SDLC and Scrum environment.

Active DoD Secret clearance.
-
United States citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Demonstrated experience converting C and C++ code to RUST.

Experience applying RUST to embedded systems.
-
Broader embedded systems development experience.
-
Object oriented design using UML tools such as IBM Rhapsody or Magic Draw and Cameo.

Development of device drivers and Board Support Packages for real time embedded systems.
-
Background in Information Assurance or cryptography.

Schedule

9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

100 percent onsite in Camden, New Jersey. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
Compensation and Incentives
-
Base salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 annually.

Sign on bonus of $10,000.

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Sr. RUST, C/C++, Python Developer on behalf of an aerospace and defense technology client in Camden, New Jersey. The selected candidate will guide the adoption of RUST across embedded development programs supporting the client’s C5 and Cyber Solution Centers. The role combines hands on development with architectural guidance, focusing on memory safe design patterns and the migration of established C and C++ code bases to RUST. This is a permanent, full time position performed onsite on a 9/80 schedule. Clearance and Work Authorization United States citizenship is required. An ACTIVE DoD SECRET clearance is required. Candidates without an active clearance in place cannot be considered for this position.
