Experienced Rust Software Developer with Sign-on Bonus

Collaborate with engineering team members in developing embedded software applications using Rust Lead the implementation and adoption of Rust and related techniques across multiple product lines Utilize computer science and engineering principles to develop software for specific hardware Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to design system interfaces and meet performance requirements Participate in all stages of software development, from requirements analysis to testing and integration Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently or with a team Create software test plans, documentation, and conduct experimental tests Utilize various programming languages, primarily Rust, C/C++, and Python

Looking for an experienced Rust Software Developer to join our team in Camden, NJ Must have strong experience with Rust programming language, Must hold U.S. citizenship and have an Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience developing Rust software for production systems with extensive language knowledge Experience with C/C++ development and excellent communication skills Preferred Skills: Experience transitioning C/C++ code to Rust Proficiency in developing Rust software for embedded systems Knowledge of object-oriented design and software modeling tools like IBM Rhapsody or Magic Draw/Cameo Experience in developing device drivers and Board Support Packages for real-time embedded systems Understanding of Information Assurance, cryptography, and software certifications such as DO-178
