AI Integration Specialist

Blu Omega is seeking an AI Integration Specialist to support a federal program focused on enterprise data and design support. This role operates within a remote environment and is responsible for developing AI strategies, roadmaps, and implementation approaches that align emerging technologies with agency priorities and mission needs. The position requires experience supporting AI/ML strategy, enterprise AI adoption, or technology modernization initiatives., * Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML adoption strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with agency objectives and federal priorities.

• Drive AI adoption initiatives by developing business cases, managing project plans and dependencies, identifying risks, and coordinating activities across cross-functional teams.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communications, including planning and facilitating AI adoption meetings, events, workshops, and training series.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-friendly language and develop materials to support strategic discussions and executive decision-making.
• Research emerging AI/ML technologies, industry trends, and implementation approaches to inform strategic recommendations.
• Stay current on AI-related developments across CDC and HHS, identifying potential impacts, dependencies, and opportunities related to implementation plans.
• Lead meetings, document key decisions and action items, and support tactical workstreams across multiple AI initiatives.
• Develop executive briefings, client communications, status updates, presentations, and project reports demonstrating progress and mission value., We partner with government agencies and large integrators to provide expertise in cybersecurity operations, cloud and infrastructure modernization, data and analytics, and enterprise IT support. Our teams operate within federal contracting environments, supporting task orders, recompetes, and programs requiring cleared personnel and compliant delivery.

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years supporting AI/ML strategy, enterprise AI adoption, or technology modernization initiatives.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Experience applying change management techniques to increase technology adoption and organizational readiness.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, technical professionals, client stakeholders, and leadership.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies, generative AI, and automation platforms.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field., * Experience supporting federal government, public health, healthcare, or other mission-driven organizations.
• Experience with human-centered design, organizational change management, or user adoption strategies.
• Knowledge of strategic partnerships, emerging technologies, or innovation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, or analytics platforms.

Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
