Job description

Blu Omega is seeking an AI Integration Specialist to support a federal program focused on mission-driven technology transformation. This role operates within a remote environment and is responsible for contributing to enterprise AI adoption initiatives. The position requires experience supporting AI/ML strategy, enterprise AI adoption, or related modernization efforts., * Support the development of enterprise AI/ML strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with organizational objectives and federal priorities.

  • Contribute to strategic AI initiatives by supporting business cases, project plans, dependencies, risk tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Partner with senior team members to support client and stakeholder engagement, translating technical AI concepts into clear, business-friendly recommendations and communications.
  • Help implement human-centered AI adoption frameworks that incorporate user experience, organizational change management, and adoption best practices.
  • Research emerging AI/ML technologies, generative AI capabilities, industry trends, and implementation approaches to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor developments in AI technologies and adoption practices to identify potential opportunities, risks, and implications for client organizations.
  • Support meetings and tactical workstreams by documenting decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop briefings, stakeholder communications, status updates, presentations, project deliverables, and reporting materials communicating progress and value.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and program leadership to connect emerging AI capabilities with mission needs.
  • Support responsible AI initiatives by considering governance, organizational readiness, and user needs throughout implementation.

Requirements

Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination, * 4+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology, or a related environment.

  • Exposure to AI/ML strategy, enterprise AI adoption, generative AI, or modernization initiatives.
  • Experience supporting strategic roadmaps, business cases, or implementation plans.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, generative AI, or related emerging tech.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear business summaries.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, healthcare administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in federal government, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Knowledge of human-centered design, organizational change management, or user adoption strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, or policy concepts.
  • Interest in strategic partnerships, emerging technology, or innovation programs.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, or analytics platforms.
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in AI, machine learning, change management, or Agile methodologies.
