Job description

This specific role is aProject Finance Leadposition supporting our LRASM (Long Range Anti Ship Missile) portfolio of programs in ourSmall Form Factor Solutions Product Line within the Electronic Combat Systems Business Area. The LRASM area boasts a diverse portfolio of challenging programs inclusive of both Development and Production contracts.

This role will be performed in a Hybrid Remote capacity , with theindividual splitting their time between working on-site at BAE Facilities (Nashua, NH or Totowa, NJ) and remotely . To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must either currently reside within a reasonable daily commute of our Nashua or Totowa offices or be willing to relocate to the area at their own expense .

Essential Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Financial data to the Program team and BAE Leadership
  • Oversight of Fixed Price Earned Value & UPC data
  • Coordination and updates of quarterly financial forecasts (FP&A)
  • Support to follow-on proposal efforts
  • As a lead, the employee in this role will be looked to by fellow Finance employees as well as individuals from other functions for sound financial advice and guidance

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree and 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a master s degree and 4 years of work experience
  • Program Control / Program Financeexperience within the defense industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation
  • Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead cross-functional work teams
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections
  • Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
  • Experience with the Material Reporting System and UPC Reporting
  • This role also requires the ability to acquire a Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain a SAP/SAR clearance.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Developing an EV compliant baseline position and sound understanding ofEarned ValueandUPC
  • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, andCobra
  • Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as companypolicies
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and externalcustomers

Benefits & conditions

Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
