System Engineer (Telecommunications)

We’re looking for an experienced High-Speed Systems Engineer to take technical ownership of a challenging, next-generation hardware platform and play a key role in building a high-performing engineering team around it.You’ll be expected to operate at both the system level and down in the detail - reviewing architectures, solving complex hardware problems, debugging high-speed interfaces in the lab, and working closely with FPGA and software engineers to bring the complete system together.High-speed digital design and complex PCB development FPGA-to-GPU and high-bandwidth data-path design Technical leadership, mentoring and development of the engineering team Driving technical decisions and solving complex engineering challenges A strong track record of leading technically demanding projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams Extensive experience in high-speed digital design and complex PCB development Proven experience taking complex electronic systems through integration, validation and hardware debug Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and high-performance computing would be highly valuable
