UI/UX Designer IV - Sr Product Designer

The UPI Design team is part of Client’s Core Design organization and partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to shape the end-to-end experiences across Client’s site and app. We focus on leading the industry with innovative, scalable, and accessible design patterns, with performance-minded UX to measurably improve Trust, ease-of-use, and successfully purchase conversion.

You’ll contribute to critical verification experiences by delivering high-quality designs with velocity, and help the team innovate on everyday interactions by millions of people across Client’s global marketplace. What you will accomplish:

• Individually contribute to the design of end-to-end verification experiences for Client guests and members
• Independently lead the design of high-value payments solutions through the development and experimentation process
• Identify and contribute to Unpaid Items continuous improvement workstreams
• Deliver design iterations to support experimentation with new verification interactions, for example, identity verification and proof-of-funds experiences
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration by leading regular cross-functional working sessions with stakeholders, incorporating feedback, and creating well-organized design files, prototypes, and presentations to drive alignment
• Design elegant, industry-leading, payments experiences for one of the world’s largest community marketplaces

• 8+ years of professional design experience
• Past success designing and shipping multiplatform product features in Figma for iOS, Android, and web
• Past success quickly forging strong cross-functional relationships, working directly with developers and product managers on product designs
