In doing so, we need to ensure that our internal AI tooling can take us to the next level in automating business operations and ensuring that the customer communications experience is seamless and effortless for our customers., We are looking for talented and passionate Fullstack Software Engineer to join our startup-like team to help build highly scalable platforms for agentic workflows powering our development/product/business operations. The Workloop team at Tesla is a brand new team focused on building the internal AI platform for automating software development, product management, and business operations. You will work with skilled software engineers, product managers and application users bringing a vision into reality. What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications for Tesla’s current and next-generation Digital Experience solutions for the agentic AI flows in React / Javascript
  • Learn complex systems pertaining to cloud AI sandboxes and workflows, be responsible for deployment, stability, and usability of applications
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels in the organization and across multiple disciplines
  • Deliver end-to-end, fully functional features - from requirements gathering through production deployment
  • Work with agile requirements
  • Collaborate with backend developers, testers, end users
  • Alignment with Tesla’s mission of accelerating world’s transition to sustainable energy
  • Ensure high technical standards and code quality
  • Contribute to performance optimization of the existing flows

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building applications with React, HTML, CSS
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, ES5/6, HTML, CSS and React framework
  • Strong understanding of component-based development
  • Proficiency with software engineering best practices including writing production quality code, agile development, version control

Expected Compensation $168,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
