Desk Officer

Seeking a highly experienced Desk Officer to support our mission to counter global threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence analysis, operations, and counterintelligence, with a focus on supporting complex operations. You will be responsible for providing analytical support to operational personnel, managing, and tracking cases, and conducting research and analysis to inform operational decisions.

Requirements: Requires possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of direct customer experience focused on intelligence operations and analysis.
• Language Proficiency: Spanish 3+
• Certifications: Relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Experience:

• Experience supporting complex operations or programs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working in a global or regional context.
• Experience in multiple areas, such as countering illicit activities, intelligence analysis, or counterterrorism.

Skills:

• Research and analysis skills, including open-source research and data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing requirements and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with standard office software and databases.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Intelligence Community operations and best practices.
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing intelligence activities.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
• Ability to analyze complex information and prioritize effectively.
