Tier III Desktop Administrator (CI Polygraph)

Apex Systems has an Immediate Need for a Tier III Desktop Administrator in Washington D.C Area (Anacostia / Bolling AFB) !!! This will be an estimated “12+ Month Contract” opportunity, supporting one of our Largest Government Clients on the East Coast! Please See Below for all Position Details & How To Apply., Performs User Account Management (Active Directory)

• Performs Advanced software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
• Provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software; respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.
• Provides system updates and statuses to Government leadership with PowerPoint slides and Analysis of Alternatives PowerPoint briefings as needed
• Ensures all problems reported by end users have been adequately documented and controls exist so only authorized staff can archive the end users’ entries, as well as

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret/SCI w/ CI POLY Security Clearance as a condition and continuation of employment*

• Security+CE
• 3+ Years of IT Support or Administrator Level Experience
