Job description

  • Serve as the functional design authority for the Oracle Finance transformation
  • Define the future-state accounting and finance solution across financial reporting, financial controls, data conversion, and integrations

Requirements

  • 12+ years of Oracle Financials implementation experience.
  • At least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations in a solution architect, functional architect, or workstream lead role.
  • Deep hands-on experience with General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Accounting Calendar, ledger architecture, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Projects.
  • Demonstrated Oracle Accounting Hub implementation experience, including accounting transformation from external source systems and reconciliation to General Ledger.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials or the client’s existing Oracle Financials platform.
  • Experience leading business workshops, functional design, fit-gap analysis, configuration governance, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Experience managing a blended Raleigh/onshore and Hyderabad/offshore delivery model.
  • Should be available for in-person interview
