Product Support Specialist

Reporting to the Engineering Director, a Product Support Specialist will focus on internal product support in manufacturing processes.

This role requires collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and suppliers to best support the product through the design cycle and into production. Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing teams as needed to ensure product design implementation is successful
• Work with engineering team to implement design changes/improvements
• Work with technical service team to address product improvement
• Support R&D lab and test department work
• Create and maintain SAP master data
• Other duties as assigned
