SAP FICO Consultant

You will be responsible for supporting and delivering SAP FICO solutions, including configuration, enhancements, testing and business process improvements across the client’s SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP FICO functionality in line with business requirements.

• Work across FI - GL, AP, AR and Asset Accounting.

• Support CO - Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders and Profitability Analysis.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions and functional specifications.

• Work with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

• Perform configuration, unit testing,integration testing and defect resolution.

• Support SAP releases, enhancements and ongoing production issues.

• Work closely with technical teams, integration teams and other SAP functional consultants.

• Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.

• Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices, governance and the client’s broader finance transformation roadmap.

This is a hands-on SAP FICO functional role requiring strong configuration experience across SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling, together with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders in a complex enterprise setting., Strong experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.

• Proven hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience.

• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR and Asset Accounting.

• Strong SAP CO experience, including Cost Centres, Profit Centres and Internal Orders.

• Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and SAP integration with other modules such as MM and SD.

• Experience working in complex enterprise environments; utilities, energy or asset-intensive industries would be highly advantageous.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• • Ability to work independently and take ownership of FICO deliverables.
