Job description

  • Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs der Anwendungen des Vertriebs SAP SD und kompetenter Ansprechpartner der Fachabteilungen
  • Bearbeitung von Incidents und Serviceanfragen im 2nd & 3rd Level Support
  • Monitoring und Troubleshooting von Schnittstellen
  • Begleitung des Transformationsprojekts von SAP R/3 auf S/4HANA und Ãœbernahme des Betriebs der Applikationen
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Release-Updates, Ãœberwachung von Release-Notes
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen
  • Schulung von Key-Usern in den bestehenden Anwendungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP SD Umfeld inkl Customizing
  • S/4HANA Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
