Requirements

Solid professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering

Experience with infrastructure-as-code, particularly Terraform
Experience with CI/CD toolchains
Experience with container orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes Experience with logging and detection solutions for cloud architecture
Scripting experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Go)
Genuine motivation to grow into DevSecOps and take on increasing security responsibility
Fluent English, spoken and written (at least C1), German (nice-to-have)

Nice to have

Experience with SIEM/SOAR, EDR platforms, log ingestion, and telemetry pipelines
Experience with Wazuh
Experience with observability platforms and OpenTelemetry
Experience with threat modeling, detection engineering frameworks, TTP matrices, and MITRE ATT&CK
Experience in SOC Analyst Tier 1-3 roles or a solid understanding of security operations centers
Experience with security frameworks (BSI, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.)
Experience with GCP or another public cloud provider
Experience in related DFIR or blue team domains (CySA+, GIAC, GCIH, BTL)
Experience in Kubernetes security (CKS or CNCF-related certifications)
