The ideal candidate will have experience in C++, Linux, and embedded systems. These are high tech systems with engineering and quality at the heart of it.The position is full-time and hybrid. In terms of the hybrid model it varies on a weekly basis. They are unable to work fully remote due to the size of some of their systems but for a couple of weeks at a time you may be able to work from home, whereas in some occasions you might need to be in the office for a full week depending on the project.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and test embedded software applications.Work with hardware engineers to integrate software with hardware.Debug and troubleshoot software problems.Work on a team to develop and maintain softwareQualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.4+ years of experience in embedded software development.Proficiency in C++.Experience with Linux for Embedded DevelopmentIdeally some experience with Python for testingAny network and security experience would be desirable.Strong problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.What can we offer?In addition to a position in a fantastic, motivated team of professionals, our client will support your independence.
