As our company continues to grow, we need someone who can take ownership of daily warehouse activities and ensure our installation teams have the equipment and materials they need.This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, and playing an important role behind the scenes.ScheduleMonday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMYour RolePrepare HVAC equipment, materials, and parts for upcoming installation projectsPull orders and stage jobs according to daily and next-day schedulesReceive incoming deliveries and confirm quantities and conditionPut away equipment and supplies in their proper warehouse locationsAssist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and company vehiclesHelp stock installer vans with required materials and suppliesTrack inventory and assist with maintaining accurate stock levelsIdentify shortages, damaged products, and inventory discrepanciesCoordinate product returns and verify returned materialsComplete receiving, shipping, and inventory documentationMaintain an orderly warehouse, storage area, and yardWork with installers and other team members to ensure materials are available when neededWhat We’re Looking ForAt least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferredHVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or supply-house experience is a plusValid driver’s license with an insurable driving recordAbility to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.Comfortable working in an active, physical warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsDependable attendance and ability to work independentlyClear written and verbal English communication skillsExperience with SAP or similar inventory management software is helpfulTeam-oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever neededCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience - $18-$23/hr.Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling also offers:Medical and dental insurance with the company paying 50% of premiums for employee and/or family coverage5 days paid vacation during the first year10 days paid vacation after the second anniversary15 days paid vacation after the fifth anniversary7 paid holidays each yearSick leave earned at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours401(k) with 4% company match after 1 year of eligibilityStable Monday-Friday scheduleOpportunity to grow with an established local HVAC companyJoin Bay BreezeOur warehouse plays an important role in every successful installation.
