• Experience using AI assisted development tools to increase productivity and code quality\n
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, bias mitigation, model transparency, and regulatory considerations\n

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and design technical solutions that will meet quality needs for security, scalability, reliability, usability, and accessibility.\n
• Participate in demonstrations and discussions of solutions and platform capabilities with clients and prospective clients.\n
• Collaborate with team to develop, test, and implement technical solutions using configurations and low-code solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio in an agile development process.\n
• Follow development standards for solution design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation and work with team to continually refine and improve those standards.\n
• Perform testing for solutions to ensure releases meet standards for efficiency, quality, security, and reliability.\n
• Provide maintenance and technical support for enterprise applications in accordance with organizational standards and service-level agreements.\n
