IT Support Specialist - Travel

We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team located remotely with 75% travel for business needs. Our ideal candidate for an IT Support Specialist is someone who has 3-5 years of experience and can thrive in a fast-paced setting, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and maintains professionalism while traveling extensively. This individual will play a critical role in delivering advanced technical support and onsite IT services to clients across multiple locations. Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s IT Support Specialist include: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure-related issues across multiple client locations. Travel approximately 75% of the time to customer sites, branch offices, and project locations to provide onsite technical support and implementation services. Manage and coordinate travel schedules efficiently to ensure timely support coverage and project completion. Prioritize technical support requests and service needs based on urgency, business impact, and customer requirements. Resolve escalated Tier 1 support issues and provide timely, effective solutions with minimal disruption to operations. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures to reduce recurring technical issues. Assist with the installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems, hardware, and network infrastructure. Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, resolutions, travel activities, expenses, and support procedures. Manage travel-related expenses, including expense reporting, receipts, mileage tracking, and adherence to company travel policies. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful execution of support activities and projects. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication while working onsite and remotely. Stay current on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and evolving IT support methodologies.

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Information Technology team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry., Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist with a focus on Tier 2 support and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, hardware, and common business software applications. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues independently. Experience supporting remote offices or traveling to customer sites is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage frequent travel schedules and shifting priorities. Experience managing travel logistics, expense reporting, and coordinating multi-site support activities. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong collaboration with team members. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight travel as needed. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by air and ground transportation.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar certifications are a plus. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
