Job description
- Lead and manage an Integrated Product Team (IPT) across engineering, program management, contracts, logistics, and supply chain functions
- Coordinate the planning and execution in alignment with BOA contractual requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding BOA projects
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and technical requirements
- Facilitate IPT meetings, reviews, and status reporting
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assess obsolescence and identify refresh solutions
- Support proposal and BOA task order activities as needed
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree, plus 6 months of relevant experience.
