Job description

  • Lead integration, verification, and testing activities for aerospace hardware programs.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure build, checkout, and anomaly resolution.
  • Write and approve test procedures, verification reports, and readiness documentation.
  • Communicate testing status, risks, and recovery plans to technical teams and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with configuration control, safety, quality, and hardware handling standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in assembly, integration, test, verification, or systems testing for complex hardware, especially aerospace hardware.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams through hardware build and test phases.
  • Experience writing or approving integration/test procedures, verification reports, and readiness packages.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental/test verification such as thermal/vacuum, vibration, electrical, optical, and interface testing.
