Job description

  • As a working student (m/f/x) in the Organization of Developer Software Releases area, you support the team in carrying out the software release process required by developers.
  • You consult with users to understand the purpose and benefits of the software and, if necessary, check for possible alternatives.
  • In addition, you coordinate the collection of test results on data protection, cloud and IT security aspects as well as on accessibility.
  • You will support the coordination of release deadlines with the IT Commission and accompany the entire approval process.
  • You create approved software in the company’s internal catalog and ensure structured administration.
  • In addition, you document the approval processes in a profile and contribute to the continuous optimization of the processes.

Requirements

  • You study computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a similar course of study.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English and can prepare complex issues in an understandable way.
  • You’ll be interested in digital topics and bring a good understanding of how software developers work.
  • Ideally, you’ll be interested in IT compliance issues, such as data protection, cloud security, IT security, or accessibility.
  • You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and tackle tasks independently and carefully.
  • An IT affinity and enjoyment of working with different contacts round off your profile.
