Job description

  • You will support our AI Strategy & Steering team in the context of Mercedes-Benz-wide AI activities.
  • You will be involved in the planning, implementation and follow-up of OKR workshops and controlling dates.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the organizational preparation of program townhalls, including agenda, participant communication and feedback requests.
  • Furthermore, you prepare content and presentation documents in a way that is appropriate for the target group and support them in communicating them via central program channels.
  • In addition, you will maintain relevant distributors, contact lists and work documents and ensure transparent information flows in the program environment.

  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills and enjoy working in international teams.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as ideally experience with MS Copilot and other AI applications round off your profile.
