Job description

  • Beratung der Fachbereiche zu den Möglichkeiten von SAP CX/CPQ
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Abläufen in SAP CX/CPQ Umfeld
  • Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Cloud for Customer sowie weiteren SAP CX-Lösungen
  • Integration von SAP C4C in die Systemlandschaft - inkl. Schnittstellen zu SAP S/4HANA und Drittsystemen (REST-/SOAP-APIs)
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie Ãœbernahme von Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting im SAP-Umfeld

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbaren Ausbildung
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung im SAP CX/C4C/CRM oder CPQ Umfeld
  • SAP Sales, Service und Marketing Cloud Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
