Intermediate Software Developer

Will help the team in working on customer-sponsored research and development projects developing defensive cyber security solutions for military weapon systems. Developing simulations to emulate threat realistic CEMA environments. Development of offensive and defensive cyber tools focused on Command and Control (C2) and Radar systems. Researching current and future cyber security threats against military systems.

Two (2) years of professional experience with software development is preferred. Programming ability in Python and/or C++ (version 14, 17, or 20). Candidate must be willing to travel approx. 5% each year if necessary (typically within the Continental United States) Desired (but not required) Qualifications:

Experience with C++ 14/17/20 Experience with CMAKE Familiarity with Linux/POSIX platforms Familiarity with fundamental networking implementations and concepts, including basic LAN and WAN networking skills Familiarity with vulnerability discovery and exploitation of operating systems and user space applications Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies Familiarity with the following tools, concepts, and products are a plus Ubuntu, Red Hat, similar Linux Distributions Networking Protocols Wireshark Scanning/Analysis Tools (nmap, nikto, etc) Required Education: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An Active Clearance is highly desired.
