Senior Staff Software Engineer - Workforce Management

Utilize systems thinking to design and ship fault tolerant highly available, scalable and extendable systems.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to gather customer feedback and refine the product roadmap.
• Mentor & Lead: Support the growth of engineers of all levels by sharing your expertise and promoting engineering best practices across the org.
• Shape the Future: As an early member of this team, you’ll have a direct influence on team culture, structure, and processes.

Do you have experience in System design?, * Experience: 10+ years of expertise building customer facing front end experiences across multiple form factors. Experience in building projects with clean abstractions and architecture and managing the full lifecycle of a mobile or web application on multiple platforms.

• Frontend Knowledge: Ideally an expert in React development, otherwise expertise required in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Technical Expertise: Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and system design. You’re comfortable developing scalable and extendable core services used in many products and can navigate complex technical challenges.
• Product Focused: You’re not just a coder-you care deeply about the end user, product design, and delivering an intuitive, polished experience.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. You don’t just solve problems-you identify them, own them, and create solutions that have a lasting impact.

The pay range for this role is: 198,000 - 346,500 USD per year(US)
