Site Reliability Engineer

Senior SRE is responsible for designing, building, and operating highly reliable, scalable systems on Microsoft Azure using GitOps and modern CI/CD practices. Drives automation, observability, and operational excellence across cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and service reliability metrics
• Build and operate Azure-based platforms (AKS, networking, security, monitoring)
• Implement GitOps workflows (FluxCD/ArgoCD) for Kubernetes and infrastructure
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps)
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform/Bicep
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements
• Establish observability (logs, metrics, tracing, alerting)
• Embed DevSecOps (policy-as-code, vulnerability scanning, secrets management)

• 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
• Strong Azure expertise (AKS, monitoring, networking, security)
• Hands-on experience with GitOps and Kubernetes
