Lead Software Engineer

The role focuses on modernizing annuity policy administration platforms, involving AWS-based development, integration, DevOps automation, and technical leadership.

8+ years of software engineering experience

4+years of AWS development

Experience with Java, Python, or another enterprise development language

Experience designing data ingestion, replication, transformation, reconciliation, and operational data processing solutions

Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deploying Infrastructure as Code

Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, encryption, secrets management, networking, logging, and monitoring

Strong technical leadership skills., Preferred qualifications include AWS certifications, mainframe integration experience, and familiarity with financial services platforms.
