Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolve critical network incidents escalated from L1 and L2 teams. Analyze complex routing, switching, wireless, and security issues. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Review network architecture and recommend improvements and align with standards. Support datacenter and cloud networking ( Azure, AWS) manage hybrid connectivity and SD-WAN solutions. Abilities to manage and guide team for all LAN/Wi-Fi/ SDWAN issue.

Requirements
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Excellent network administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Good Understanding and troubleshooting skills of TCP/IP, Switching &Routing protocols, MPLS, Load balancing
- Knowledge and experience in STP, VTP, HSRP, VLAN, QoS and other switching technologies
- Good Knowledge & Hands on experience on Palo Alto Firewalls and Juniper switches
- Good Knowledge and experience on Cisco Wireless Controllers
- Ability to understand the design and provide suggestions for improvements
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
- Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
- Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business
