Factorial HR in Barcelona is seeking a CRM & Growth Specialist to help us build and scale the growth engine across our international markets.You will own lead lifecycle, design journeys, and optimize CRM workflows to enable rapid, data-driven expansion.You’ll work hands-on with HubSpot, automate processes, and collaborate with sales and partnerships to turn experiments into scalable growth.English fluency and a proactive, tech-savvy mindset are essential.#J-*****-Ljbffr
