As Web Designer you’ll own the end-to-end experience of our web pages and purchase flows: how people discover products, understand what we offer, and move from curiosity to conversion. It’s work that mixes storytelling with real commercial impact, where small design decisions move real numbers.AI is changing this space too, from faster experimentation to smarter personalisation of what visitors see. You’ll be designing those experiences, not just reacting to them.YOUR DAY-TO-DAYOwn the design of website and landing page experiences seen by millions of visitors.Craft conversion-focused flows that feel clear and trustworthy.Work closely with marketers, PMs, and engineers in a cross-functional team, from concepts through to shipped pages.Use AI tools to move faster: prototype more ideas, test more hypotheses, and generate variants at scale.Iterate based on data: monitor performance after launch, run A/B tests, and keep improving.Run and synthesise user research and usability testing to understand what makes visitors hesitate and why.Be autonomous and initiative: pitch your ideas, take ownership to improve working processes and outcomes, innovate on brand display.WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEEDYou have a 3+ years experience as UI/UX designer.Generalist mindset: you’re comfortable with research, interaction design, and visual craft without needing to specialise in just one.You can collaborate with different skillset specialists like copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, developers, QA specialists, etc.You use AI tools in your daily workflow: whether that’s speeding up exploration, generating variants, or synthesising research faster.Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, enough to prototype in browser and collaborate with engineers.Strong communication skills: you can present decisions, take feedback, and push back when needed.Familiar with analytics and testing tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar).A portfolio showing real work: process, thinking, and outcomes, not just polished screens.BENEFITS YOU’LL LOVE? 360 Growth: We provide limitless learning opportunities access to platforms like Reforge and CoachHub, global conferences, feedback culture digital libraries, and industry-leading subscriptions.
