Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee the end-to-end operation of an IT service, ensuring services meet SLAs and dependencies are managed proactively.You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and vendors to implement changes, releases, and enhancements.You’ll lead cross-functional efforts around data migrations, incident and change management, and security considerations within a large financial environment.This position offers a pathway to leadership as a deputy team head in a multicultural, Swiss-based setting.You will shape reliable, secure IT services that enable wealth management operations.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Application maintenance and support under SLA framework * Manage incidents, problems, releases, risk, and documentation * Business analysis, solution design, and changes with software vendors * Implementation and testing of product releases * Project assignments including data migrations and impact analysis * Deputy team head for a larger Zurich-based team Responsabilidades * MS Windows Server environments knowledge * ETL tools experience * MS SQL, reporting and scripting * End-of-day processing (AWA) experience * APIs and IBM MQ interface experience * Security aspects of applications and incident/change/release management in financial sector * First leadership experience or strong ambition to move into leadership * Treasury and Nostro experience preferred * Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field * Good ITIL knowledge and enterprise IT infrastructure * Minimum 5 years in IT Service Owner, Application Responsible, or similar role * Fluent English; other languages are a plus Requisitos principales *
