Job description

  • Read, write, speak, and understand English fluently to facilitate clear communication and documentation.
  • Utilize personal computer and software applications effectively to support network automation tasks.
  • Apply systems knowledge, particularly Linux, to troubleshoot and optimize network environments.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to translate high-level designs into detailed engineering plans and configurations.
  • Manage storage administration across SAN, NAS, and Block & File Storage Protocols, ensuring data integrity and availability.

Requirements

  • Experience with virtualized (VNFs) and cloud-native (CNFs) core network functions on platforms such as KVM, VMware, Kubernetes/OpenShift.
  • Knowledge of network protocols including BGP, IGP, and firewalls, with Cisco UCS platform experience preferred.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex technical issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams for resolution.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash, and containerization services like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working with public and private multicloud environments, monitoring tools like Grafana, Datadog, and Splunk, and familiarity with YAML, JSON, and XML formats.
