IT Technician

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users at client sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, networks, mobile devices, and cloud services
• Set up and configure new devices, user accounts, email, and access controls
• Support workstation imaging, patching, antivirus/EDR, and backup systems
• Participate in hardware installations, office moves, and project deployments
• Maintain documentation of client environments, tickets, and procedures
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior technicians or engineers

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in macOS?, * 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience

• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
• Basic networking skills: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, wireless
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (onsite client visits required)

Preferred:

• Experience supporting business VoIP systems (e.g., configuration, call flow, troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with RMM/PSA platforms (for remote management, ticketing, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (email, Teams, SharePoint)
• Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) platforms
• Experience supporting antivirus/EDR, backup solutions, and remote access tools
• Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash) or automation tools
• Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or supporting multiple clients
• Basic knowledge of IT documentation tools and service delivery best practices
