Job description

As a Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administrator, you will be integral to maintaining and enhancing our cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable IT solutions while supporting ongoing security compliance and digital initiatives.

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including user lifecycle, MFA, and Conditional Access policies
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance
  • Manage Azure cloud resources and ensure security best practices are followed
  • Configure and support Microsoft Purview data governance and compliance controls
  • Participate in security incident response and vulnerability management activities
  • Contribute to digital transformation projects and continuous improvements in IT infrastructure

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300) are desirable
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Security-minded, with experience supporting vulnerability remediation and security controls
