Requirements

1st or 2.1 degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar from a top-tier university with excellent supporting A Levels or equivalent
Proven track record designing embedded software in C for both bare metal (e.g., STM32) and embedded RTOS (e.g., Linux or QNX)
Good understanding of hardware interfaces (e.g., I2C, SPI, DMA, UART, etc…) and the code required to implement them
