Job description

Software tools can be only as good as the user interface. This engineering company develops web based software tools that are used in the aerospace and automotive sectors and they are looking for a Software Web Developer to join their team and provide expert knowledge in building the front end interface.

As their Software Web Developer, you’ll work closely with other software engineers to understand what’s happening “under-the-hood” and implement clean, usable designs for cross-browser code. You’ll champion the User Experience across development processes and understand the importance of visuals versus usability.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable industry experience developing web based tools / applications using AngularJS or TypeScript. Additional experience with HTML would be beneficial.
  • Experience building complex UIs and understanding how to create reusable components.
  • Good communications skills.
  • STEM degree (engineering, computer science, physics, maths, aerospace).
