Job description

This is a senior front end development role for someone with experience of Vue (or React, Angular) for browser SPA development using modern JavaScript. This international company’s distributed team work on high-tech solutions to inspire their inventors, innovators and consultants, mining the sum of human invention to precipitate new solutions for their clients.

Requirements

A good degree in a technical subject from a top university, and strong A-level grades.
Several years’ commercial experience in front end development using Vue (preferred), React or Angular
Familiarity with modern JavaScript and toolchains, HTML5, CSS3
Experience developing RESTful APIs; server side development, ideally using Python
An interest in UX and UI, and good intuition in these areas

Benefits & conditions

They are keen to find front end software engineers to join them, and they can offer a competitive package and the potential for some remote working from Cambridge or London. Initial work will be remote; once the UK situation permits, up to several days each week may be spent working with colleagues in their offices in either location, and the remainder remote. Full existing UK work permission, without sponsorship, is required.
