Requirements
As a Software Developer you will have good understanding of designing C++ software for commercial applications and possess a good technical degree from a top university. Exposure to both Linux and Windows platforms is preferable, with some knowledge of C#. Currently the company uses both C++ and C#, with the use of C# increasing.
This is a great opportunity to expand your experience into image processing technologies. The position will also give you exposure at all levels from the hardware to the upper levels of the software. Previous experience of embedded real-time systems will be a bonus, but certainly not essential.
About the company
Preference will be given to UK based candidates who can obtain security clearance, since previous projects have needed this and it’s possible the role will require it in the future.
This is an excellent opening to work in a company created and still managed by the original founders. They are situated in a pleasant modern building in a countryside location, so being able to drive will be a plus for you. They have access to a shared café onsite, and offer an excellent salary with a significant performance-related bonus and other benefits.
