Software Team Lead - C++

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced C++ developer versed in mentoring, to step up to the next level and become a Team Lead. Alternatively this would also suit an experience Team Lead who wishes to remain quite hands-on in their software development.

The purpose of the team is to create the product version of the audio software created by this start-up. It is essential you are a strong C++ developer in order to guide the team members by good example. Their C++ coding test is thorough and will give you an insight into the quality of the their approach to software.

In addition to excellent grades in a top engineering degree from a well-known and respected university, you will posses many of the following:

• Excellent knowledge of C++
• A track record of producing robust and well-structured code
• Previous experience in embedded systems
• Experience of developing in a Linux environment
• Good working knowledge of multi-threaded and multi-processor platforms
• An excellent approach to mentoring less experienced staff
