Job description

A Senior Cloud Engineer is sought by this growing company. They are setting up an office in London which will be the engineering centre for their operation. The company works with overseas markets to provide a range of services including greener energy options for consumers as well as a scalable ecommerce platform that can be used by independent stores.

The heart of these technologies is the intrinsic infrastructure that has been built, and this company is now looking to expand and grow their services. As part of their software cloud team, you would take a lead on projects and contribute to overall architecture of new features.

Requirements

Demonstrable commercial experience in software engineering including back-end cloud services. Further exposure to IoT technologies would be desirable.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Hands-on technology experience with: AWS, Python, PostGres, Redis, Flask, Vue.js, Docker, Jenkins and Git. Additional exposure to: Java, Kotlin, C++, Celery would be desirable.
