Job description

With new ambitions for expansion of their technology platform, they are growing their engineering team and are looking for a Principal Software Developer / Software Architect. They would work out of their office in London (with hybrid working a possibility). Further, it is expected that they would travel at least a week per month on average to work closely with teams in Africa and India.

Requirements

1st or 2.1 degree in software, maths or science (although other disciplines will be considered).
Demonstrable experience in software engineering including hands-on development of scalable, high-availability services; architecting of Cloud / SaaS technologies; and expertise across multiple technical domains.
Exposure to hardware and IoT would be beneficial.
Experience working in Agile, multi-functional teams.

Current technology stacks being used include: AWS, Python, Postgres, Redis, Flask, Vue.js, Java, Kotlin, C++, Celery, Docker, Jenkins, Git.
