Cloud DevOps Engineer

As well as a strong technical degree in a relevant subject from a top university, you’ll bring:

• Commercial experience with deployed cloud systems (preferably AWS)
• Advanced scripting (bash, PowerShell or a language such as Python or Go) - you don’t need to be a developer, but will be a confident scripter and able to read developers’ code where necessary
• Familiarity with containers (e.g. Docker) and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)
• A good grasp of networking, and how modern cloud-first systems are designed and operate

Ideally you’ll have some experience of working to ensure good system performance, security and reliability, and the kinds of APIs and tools used to modify and monitor cloud deployments.
