Requirements

Degree qualified, with a good degree from a top university and strong supporting A-level or equivalent grades.
A people person. A vital part of the role is looking out for your team, not just in terms of the project, but their aspirations and career development.
Technically credible. It’s likely you’ll have contributed in a technical role on a software development team before. This may be as a developer or tester, or in devops, UX, etc.
Prior lead experience is welcome but is not required.
