Job description
- Work directly with CTO & CEO on technical decision-making
- Lead 0 -> 1 development of new features
- Mentor other Engineers on AI/ML best practices
- Interface with clinical SMEs for iterative feedback
Requirements
- Significant research experience in ML, Comp Sci, NLP or related field - PhD or Publications
- Expert in Python, PyTorch, or JAX, and core ML competencies (training, fine-tuning, inference etc.)
- AI-first approach
- HealthTech/Healthcare experience highly preferred
