Job description

  • Work directly with CTO & CEO on technical decision-making
  • Lead 0 -> 1 development of new features
  • Mentor other Engineers on AI/ML best practices
  • Interface with clinical SMEs for iterative feedback

Requirements

  • Significant research experience in ML, Comp Sci, NLP or related field - PhD or Publications
  • Expert in Python, PyTorch, or JAX, and core ML competencies (training, fine-tuning, inference etc.)
  • AI-first approach
  • HealthTech/Healthcare experience highly preferred
