Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Remote AI Focus

• Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for AI platforms, distributed systems, infrastructure, and developer tools.
• Lead critical technical decisions across AI model integration, data pipelines, platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Balance rapid product delivery with scalable, long-term engineering design.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global engineering organization.
• Establish engineering best practices, technical standards, and a strong engineering culture.
• Partner closely with Product, AI Research, and Leadership to translate strategy into execution and deliver exceptional products.

• Proven expertise in system architecture, large-scale distributed systems, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep technical judgment with the ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and navigate complex engineering trade-offs.
• Hands-on technical background with the ability to guide engineering teams on architecture and execution.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
