Junior Ai Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to building AI-powered features for content discovery, personalization, and operational workflows.You will work under the AI Lead to translate high-impact problems into AI solutions and ship end-to-end AI pipelines.The position emphasizes rigor, observability, and clear technical communication to stakeholders.You will work in a hybrid, fast-moving environment within a global tech company that enables rapid experimentation and deployment of AI-driven products.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Identify high-impact technical problems with AI Lead and translate them into concrete solutions * Build end-to-end AI workflows (data, model/agent logic, evaluation, deployable prototypes) * Apply engineering best practices: model behavior analysis, evaluation pipelines, human-in-the-loop review * Integrate prototypes into real systems via APIs and services with observability (latency, cost, quality) * Produce demos and documentation; clearly communicate results, tradeoffs, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders Responsabilidades * 1-3 years of end-to-end product development experience or relevant internships * Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI agents * Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) * Knowledge of Git and collaborative development practices; familiarity with Docker and/or container technologies * Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) * Familiarity with MLOps: model versioning, experiment tracking, monitoring, API development (FastAPI or similar) * Strong understanding of AI fundamentals: model failure modes, hallucinations, grounding, and evaluation-driven development Requisitos principales * hybrid model * flexible hours * Friday afternoon off * training resources * wellbeing platforms * free coffee, juice, and lunch allowance
